We guarantee shipping of all stock items ordered within 14 days of your confirmed order. Most of our products are delivered using our own transportation to ensure that you receive a personalised and satisfactory delivery service. Customers are also welcome to collect from our warehouses to save delivery time or convenience, and customers are advised to inform us by email quoting the order number, and expected time to collect so that we can have your products ready for your collection.
Refund Policy
Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. To ensure that your refund request is honoured we must receive all requests by email within 14 days of receipt of your goods, quoting your order number. Any requests for a refund after that time will be honoured with a gift or credit voucher that you can use on any other product at any other time on our website.
Returns
To return your unwanted product, you must ensure that the item is unused, in its original packing and sent to us safely. If you need to organise a collection through us, then the cost of the collection will be deducted from the proceeds of the refund due to you.
